Weather 

Madrid is a city with a pleasant climate throughout the year, but it should be noted that its summers are very hot. In Gran View Apartments we have the most complete facilities for you to enjoy the capital during all seasons of the year.

Transport

Madrid has excellent public transport, with very good connections. Feel free to use it at any time of the day, but bear in mind that you will discover all the hidden treasures of the city better on foot. 

Currency

The euro has been the official currency of Spain since 2002. If you need to exchange your currency for euros (€), you can do so easily when you arrive at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport or at various establishments in the city during your stay. 

Health

Don't forget to bring your European Health Insurance Card. With this card, you will be covered if you need any medical assistance in Madrid. Another important piece of information that may be of interest to you is that the official emergency telephone number is 112.
